- The Science of Well-being for Teenagers
The course helps young people better understand mental health, why it matters, and how to take care of themselves in today’s world. The programme includes five modules:
A two-week offline camp offering a safe and supportive environment where participants can gain practical knowledge and tools for self-support during challenging times.
Participants will explore the fundamentals of mental health, reflect on their inner world to find answers to important personal questions, join a proactive community of peers, and receive support from experts.
Special attention will be given to supporting mental health through sports practices: participants will engage in yoga, surfing, mindful walks, and other physical activities that promote recovery and emotional balance.
After completing the programme, participants will have the opportunity to implement a project in their own communities.
Klitschko Foundation team will provide mentorship and guidance, while participants will be free to choose their own ideas and formats. It is important that these projects reflect the values and knowledge gained during the programme.
